Bible Study Is Important
On Sunday mornings we have a class where we study the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse. We following the example given in the book of Acts how the church meeting at Berea searched the Scriptures.
Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
We also have three other classes on Sunday mornings for different age groups: young children, older children, and young adults (or those new to the church).
On Wednesday nights we have a class dedicated to a specific topic that we study for several weeks. For those interested we also offer one-on-one Bible studies where we can take a closer look at a variety of topics to spread the Gospel of Christ. |
